The Emerald Point-of-Sale System is made up of several separate applications. This document outlines all the components and how you connect to them.

 

NCR PowerHQ

• Used to manage your vendors, item data, costs\pricing, receiving, etc.
• Connect from anywhere via: https://phq.pos.crs/Main/Login/Login.aspx
• Also available via Zebra TC57 handheld application ‘Power Store Mobile’

NCR DAX\IM

• Used to manage and view your inventory, stock adjustments, run stock counts, etc.
• Connect from anywhere via: https://dax.pos.crs/daxmvc/
• Also available via Zebra TC57 handheld application ‘Power Inventory’

NCR Analytics

• Used for store operational reporting, electronic journal, full page invoice, etc.
• Connect from anywhere via: https://commercencr.cloud.looker.com/login

NCR AMS Loyalty

• Used to manage advanced promotions including Cost+, manage member groups for promotions, enable\disable charge accounts, validate member details pulled from RMM, etc.
• Connect from retail\admin location (VPN required) via: https://fcllogix-amsportal.ncrsaas.com/logix/login.aspx

MicroStrategy Reports (Inventory Evaluation and Profitability)

• Used to view reports for Inventory Cost\Price Evaluation and Profitability (actual margin).
• Use your Hub.crs credentials to log in.
• Connect from a retail\admin location (VPN required): https://analytics360.crs/MicroStrategyLibrary/app

RTI Label Printing

• Used to print labels and signage sent from PowerHQ.
• Connect from a retail\admin location (VPN required): http://10.20.7.81/rtidrl4/

Emerald Point-of-Sale Store Server and Cash Office

• Used to manage users and cashiers, cash office activities.
• Connect from any workstation within the store via https://192.168.21.2/officeclient/

2340 Report Viewer

• Used to view 2340 reports.
• Use your Hub.crs credentials to log in.
• Connect from anywhere via: 2340 Report Viewer (hub.crs)
